At Faribault Mill, we stand behind the quality of our American-made craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unused, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and print it directly from your browser or email confirmation.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our mill, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
