What is the best way to care for my Faribault Mill wool blanket?
We recommend dry cleaning for our 100% wool blankets to maintain their shape and texture. However, our 'Carefree Wool' line is specially treated to be machine washable in cold water and tumbled dry on low heat.
Does wool bedding cause itching?
Our high-quality wool fibers are refined and softened during our centuries-old milling process. While wool has a natural texture, many customers find our premium merino and soft wool blends comfortable even against sensitive skin.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. During peak holiday seasons or for custom monogrammed items, please allow up to 7-10 business days for your heirloom piece to ship.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Faribault Mill products are built to last for generations. We stand behind our craftsmanship and offer a limited lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Yes, we accept returns of unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom embroidered or monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Are your products still made in the USA?
Yes, we are proud to continue our tradition of American manufacturing. The majority of our wool products are woven at our historic mill in Faribault, Minnesota, which has been in operation since 1865.
